With direct access to the property’s swimming pool and a private terrace, it invites you to savour every moment in a welcoming tropical setting. After a day exploring the beautiful beaches of Las Terrenas, enjoy the balmy Caribbean evenings, relax by the pool or simply soak up the peaceful atmosphere of our little tropical haven. Casita Portillo can also be booked together with Casita Popy and Balenas, located very close by in the same area of the property. This combination is ideal for up to 6 people, allowing everyone to enjoy their own accommodation and privacy. For larger families, groups of friends or group stays, you can also extend your booking to up to 5 mini-villas, accommodating a total of 10 people. An ideal way to share special moments in the Caribbean sunshine while preserving the comfort and independence of each accommodation. HOUSE RULES ANGEL CŒUR CARAÏBES – BOUTIQUE HOTEL To ensure everyone’s comfort, peace and safety, all guests are asked to observe the following rules during their stay. 1. Occupancy Each mini-villa is reserved for the guests registered at the time of booking, with a maximum of 2 people per mini-villa and 10 people for the entire property. Any additional person requires prior approval from management. 2. Private staff-only areas Access to the lavandería (laundry room), where linen is handled and breakfasts are prepared, and to the area behind the bar is strictly reserved for staff. These areas are private and off-limits to guests. 3. Respect for the property and cleanliness Please do not leave any rubbish, plastic, bottles or other items in the garden, around the swimming pool or in the shared areas. All guests must keep the areas they use clean and take care of the property’s facilities. 4. Safety and responsibility Guests must follow safety instructions and use the property’s facilities with care. In particular, jumping or diving into the swimming pool is prohibited. Children must remain under the constant supervision of their parents or accompanying adults. Any incident, hazard or malfunction must be reported to management immediately. Each guest is responsible for the consequences of their own actions, carelessness and failure to comply with these rules, within the limits established by applicable law. Management cannot be held responsible for damage for which it is not legally liable. 5. Thatched pavilion and dining area The thatched pavilion may be used for lunch, dinner or spending time together. After each use, please clean the tables, collect your rubbish and leave the area clean and tidy, as you found it. 6. Parties, music and quiet Parties and private events are prohibited without prior approval from management. During the day, music must be kept at a reasonable volume and must not disturb other guests. All music must stop at 10 p.m. to preserve peace and quiet throughout the property. 7. Pets Pets are accepted only with prior approval from management. Their owners are responsible for their behaviour, supervision and keeping the premises clean. 8. Parking and vehicles Parking spaces are available outside the property, only in the designated areas. Motor vehicles must not be brought into or driven within the property’s internal areas. 9. Respect for other guests All guests agree to respect other occupants, staff, facilities and shared areas. Any behaviour that endangers safety, disturbs the peace or damages property may result in intervention and/or cancellation of the rental, in accordance with applicable regulations.
